Painting Robots

MOTOMAN painting robots improve quality, reduce material cost and create a safer working environment.

Multiple benefits

Our flexible, high-performance MOTOMAN painting robots increase finishing quality, consistency and throughput, whilst reducing operating costs. Because the robot applies the exact amount of paint, there is less wasted material leading to further cost reductions and a reduced environmental impact.

MOTOMAN painting robots are designed for the job

MOTOMAN painting robots from YASKAWA can be programmed to apply coating materials to different areas of the part to various film thicknesses. They are available as a slim and hollow wrist robot to minimise interference with the work piece and allow for utilities routing through the robotic arm. MOTOMAN painting robots have been designed to work in a hazardous environment and are ATEX approved to Cat II (zone 1)
